The planning tools
The checklist, budget worksheet, timeline planner and venue finder all run in your browser. Guest numbers, quotes, dates and ticked items are not sent to us. The checklist stores progress in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time by clearing site data.
Enquiries
If you contact us
When you send an enquiry, the details you provide go to Wedding Machine Group so someone can reply. We use them to answer you and to plan your wedding if you go ahead. We do not sell them.
Measurement
Analytics
We measure how pages and tools are used in coarse, non-identifying terms, for example that a budget worksheet was completed, or that a guest count fell in a band. We do not send names, email addresses, message content or exact dates to any analytics service.
Third parties
Embedded content
Where a film is embedded, it loads only after you choose to play it, so no third-party video cookies are set until then.
